PHIL. PINOY Job Contracting & Allied Services, Inc., is a legitimate service provider that caters services to companies in the areas of merchandising, marketing, promotions, distribution, manufacturing, and other related business. We have Account Supervisors, specifically assigned to monitor their on-the-job performance and the standard operation requirements of each company, including other value-added services the client may need. Sometime in 1999, amidst the economic turmoil, which led to business closures and the proliferation of manufacturing plants relocating to other ASEAN countries, PHIL. PINOY was born. In the spirit of nationalism, we were moved to join together to help our countrymen. Without second thought, we decided to offer consultancy services to uplift the spirit of Filipino manpower, by encouraging them to work productively and strive for excellence. It started with a genuine purpose of providing assistance to people, and from then on, we continued to work by this principle. In the first quarter of 2011, the company reorganized as we welcome new partners to join us and later called ourselves Philippine Pinoy Job Contracting & Allied Services, Inc. To this day, our company takes pride in helping the Filipino people by providing training and enhancing their skills, to achieve their career and personal goals.
