Pamav Training Institute and Technology Center, Inc. started with a group of friends passionate about improving the work of professionals. Pamav is an acronym for the last name of the group that formed the company. In the 1990s, the founders observed the need for continuous professional development of licensed professionals in the Philippines. As the group went around the country, they saw and heard the need to improve competency and the quality of work. So in 2005, they decided to set up a formal training center focusing on the continuous development of professionals from electrical engineering, architecture, medicine, and maritime industry.
