iServe360 Corporation is a distribution company established in 2013, with its Head Office located at 5/F Seneca Plaza, Bldg. 1152 E. Rodriguez Sr. Ave., Mariana, Quezon City. The company is engaged in the distribution of various products and currently operates within the Greater Manila Area (GMA) and the Bicol Region.
Together with its affiliates, the group has over 15 years of collective operational experience in the distribution of goods. It proudly carries well-known brands from leading manufacturers and suppliers in the food, gaming, and pharmaceutical industries, including Monde, Unilab, and Scratch-IT, among others.
In line with its vision of becoming a major distributor in the country, iServe360 Corporation expanded into the petroleum retail business through a partnership with Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation in 2013. The venture began with four Shell stations in Naga City, Camarines Sur (Magsaysay, Concepcion 1, Concepcion 2, and Mabolo). By August 2017, operations extended to Laguna with three additional Shell stations (Mercado, San Antonio, and Carmona). In 2019, another Shell station was opened in Sipocot, Camarines Sur, with more expansion plans underway.
Today, iServe360 Corp proudly serves thousands of customers daily across two provinces, operating eight (8) Shell gasoline stations, five (5) Shell Helix Oil Change Centers, and two (2) Shell Select convenience stores.
To date, the group is composed of more than 353 energetic and professional men and women, led by a young, passionate, and highly experienced management team. Guided by its vision, the company continues to pursue growth through expansion and the acquisition of new distributorships nationwide.
The name “iServe360” reflects the company’s commitment to providing excellent service and quality products 24/7. Its mission is to meet society’s needs in ways that are economically, socially, and environmentally sustainable—now and in the future.
