Impac Realty was founded in 2000 by Joseph Hernandez. Their team specializes in assisting sellers in the Greater Portland and Salem area sell their property for top dollar. They pride themselves by offering more value than their competition. Impac Realty noticed that real estate commissions are high, yet most real estate agents weren’t preparing and marketing the sellers’ property enough to fetch top dollar. Impac Realty sought to do more. Most agents partially stage a seller’s home, list their property in the MLS, pass out flyers, and post the listing in top social media sites. Impac Realty performs these tasks and more. We offer professional home staging and interior decorating consultation free of charge. We also assist sellers with remodeling projects. They have flipped houses for seven years. They will recommend home improvement projects that add tremendous value but cost less than a full renovation project. Often, their strategy leads to multiple offers, bidding wars and ultimately, a buyer overpays for the sellers property. These value added services are what sellers demand and deserve. Impac Realty proudly offer them. Impac Realty plans to continue to refine and modify these services to meet today’s demanding sellers.
