Welcome to HOT Solutions! We help solve modern I.T.-related productivity, communication and security problems for homes and offices. Established in 2023, HOT Solutions is a culmination of more than 18 years of experience in computers, printers, PABX/PBX, CCTV and related products and services by husband and wife team, Boyet and Michelle. Our goal is to be known beyond transactions and making a living. We aim to create meaningful relationships through skillful, caring and trustworthy delivery of services and interaction with customers. Hence our guiding tenets, “Mahusay”, “May Malasakit” and “Mapapagkatiwalaan”. Solving problems and making life and work easier for our customers bring us joy and fulfillment. The fun friendly chat, smiles and laughter, sighs of relief and gestures of appreciation uplift us to be better at what we do. They also remind us that, while not everything is about money, we should always give customers’ more than their money’s worth. As well as constantly learn and hone our skills and talents to adapt to changing times and technologies, for the benefit of our patrons. We are growing our reach to more areas and provide better ways of helping customers. While fostering local employment opportunity and business activity in support of the community and economy.
