Formula Oil Corporation (FOC) is a local corporation created under the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) following the standards set up by the Corporation Code of the Philippines. It was incorporated on February 24, 2004. FOC is engaged in local trading of petroleum products, such as but not limited to, diesel, premium, regular, unleaded, & kerosene. FOC focuses on employee professionalism and expertise so that it could give exceptional customer service and satisfaction to its clientele. These companies cover food manufacturers, automotive industry, garments, electronics and a lot more. • FOC addresses the need to augment the supply for petroleum products of gasoline stations. On steep competition, FOC provides for additional fuel reserves to these stations. • A substantial share in the transport industry is already tapped by FOC. These bus liners cover not only Metro Manila route, but provinces as well. There are about fifty bus line companies being serviced by FOC.
