Dormy is the first ecosystem-wide marketplace for renting in the Philippines. We help renters find rentals, roommates, and room services in one place. We created this platform to help the rental ecosystem be future-ready for the influx of tech-savvy Gen Z renters, whom are projected to form 1/3 of the Filipino workforce by 2025, and are expected to dominate renting by 2030. Our founders are Gen Z renters, and we've seen the problem of a technologically-lagging rental ecosystem firsthand — renting in the Philippines requires you to run through unsafe, unreliable, and inefficient ways just to find a place to stay, and we're here to change that. #LetsGuideYouHome
