THE PROJECT PROPONENT The Project Proponent intends to put up a private employment agency that operates for local employment. Local placement includes all regions in the country. THE PURPOSE OF BUSINESS The Purpose of Business is to supply the Industrial Sector manpower in our best efforts; to serve them effectively; to employ persons with adequate competence; to evaluate and test recruits; and to consider them for employment strictly on the basis of merit and fitness, without any undue discrimination and in accordance with the qualifications prescribed by the employer; and to upgrade the identity of our Filipino workers for better future. Management sees to it that they consistently develop and organize programs that will facilitate occupational, industrial and mobility of labor and provide assistance in the relocation of workers from one area to another. In 2005, from single proprietorship, Mr. Wilson Caldito has ventured in further training and development programs of its workforce to enhance and uplift the quality and specialization of his human resource management. Hence, CITIWORKS MANPOWER RESOURCES CORP. was established . Through this initiation, the Company continues to serve, gaining trust and confidence from Clients beyond their expectations. These undertakings generated commendations as well as an image of dependability in terms of delivery of service and performance. Indeed, the Department of Labor and Employment awarded the Company last April 16, 2013 as the Second Highest Number of Hired-On The-Spots. Our Mission To recruit contract workers, who can best meet the needs, demands, and requirements of their profession, occupation, or vocation. To render services to the highest possible standards of excellence, professionalism, and competence To react quickly and efficiently to both clients and candidates; whether it is a last minute requirement or a planned recruitment programme, our experienced staffs are ready for every possible occurrence.
