الوصف

  • Monitor inventory of factory and office supplies.
  • Generate Accounts Payable (A/P) and necessary Debit/Credit Memo relative to importation and exportation charges.
  • Process Landed Cost, including liquidation of prepayment account for duties and taxes.
  • Verify A/P Invoices related to Engineering Work Orders and process related Debit/Credit Memo, if necessary
  • Generate journal entries for the allocation of common supplies and unallocated accounts.
  • Process monthly allocation of fuel and oil and prepare journal entries related thereto.

المتطلبات

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • Must be a Certified Public Account (CPA)
  • At least 1 year of work experience handling cost accounting in a manufacturing set up.
  • With work experience in fixed asset management and/or compliance
