We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
• Create engaging content (text, images, videos) for daily posts and campaigns
• Manage and schedule posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner
• Analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools
• Stay updated with platform trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create consistent brand messaging

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and metrics
• Excellent written and visual content creation skills
• Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, or similar
• Basic graphic design or video editing knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience with paid social media advertising (Meta, TikTok Ads, etc.)
• Familiarity with content planning tools and social media reporting
