· Greet, assist, and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
· Provide product information, promote current sales and promotions, and help customers make purchasing decisions.
· Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
· Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
· Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payments.
· Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges according to company policies.
