· Greet, assist, and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.

· Provide product information, promote current sales and promotions, and help customers make purchasing decisions.

· Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

· Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

· Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payments.

· Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges according to company policies.

· Perform end-of-day cash balancing and reporting.

· Assist in receiving, stocking, and displaying merchandise.

· Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.

· Ensure all products are properly labeled and shelves are organized.

· Prepare basic sales reports, inventory sheets, and other required documentation.

· Assist in updating pricing, promotions, and marketing displays as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college-level education is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred.
• Basic knowledge of banking procedures and cash handling.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle sensitive financial information.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
