职位描述

The Human Resources Staff is responsible for supporting all HR-related functions within the company. This includes handling employee records, assisting with recruitment, providing guidance on policies and procedures, and preparing administrative reports related to training and development. The role also involves resolving employee inquiries and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal processes.



  • Maintain and update employee records including personal information, compensation, and government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF)
  • Assist authorized personnel by providing information from employee files
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-exempt roles including screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Conduct applicant interviews and evaluations; recommend qualified candidates
  • Administer basic testing and clerical duties as required
  • Provide support and advice on employee relations and HR policies
  • Coordinate with employment agencies and external recruitment partners
  • Assist with training and development programs
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
  • At least 1 year of HR experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Matandang Balara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
