• Ensures that the dimensional accuracy of the product met the required specification.
• Ensures that all checkpoints specified on the PAPS of each items been carried out and verify.
• Ensures that all appearance sampling inspection being done and met the specified appearance criteria.
• Ensures that all nonconforming products have corresponding rejection slip issue.
• Ensures that the SPC and CONTACT position measurement being carried out and met.
• Reports directly to Foreman and Supervisor once encountered abnormalities and deviation on measurement data and illustrations or drawings.
• Assist Supervisor in charge in investigating conformances related to measurement.
• Ensure that curing and measurement time are being followed and carried out.
• Monitors 6S activity and implementation. Ensures that work area is safe, free from any obstacles, clean and orderly, following the 6S principles.



Responsibilities

• At least High School/Junior High School or Senior High School Graduate/Vocational Graduate/College Undergraduate.
• Preferably with work experience as inspector.
• Knowledgeable in any measuring tools and equipment.
• 20/20 vision.
• Willing to render overtime or shifting schedule.
• Willing to work on prolonged standing.
• Willing to start immediately.
• Willing to be assigned at JAE Gateway Business Park, General Trias, Cavite.
