• Experience in HR is an advantage, preferably within a logistics or supply chain environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• A positive attitude with a passion for supporting and developing employees.
