Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers exceptionally through chat and email
• Respond to Queries truthfully
• Convert chat interactions into successful sales by identifying customer needs
• Provide and offer products and services to customers
• Assist and Inform customers for a smooth transaction
• Be updated to current polices
• Resolves Issues and troubleshoot problems 



Job Requirements

• JOB TITLE: Sales chat Support
• EDUCATION: At least Senior High/High School Graduate
• EXPERIENCE: With or Without 6 months international sales call center/ chat support experience
• SKILLS: Proficient English communication skills, Computer Skills (MS Office), excellent organizational and people Skills.
