  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, providing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues in the system.
  • Work with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining call quality standards.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
  • Experience Level: Junior: 0–2 years.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
  • Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented and patient personality.
  • Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
