  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection and inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is stocked and displayed properly.
  • Process transactions accurately using the cash register.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking items as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
  • Assist customers, manage sales transactions, meet sales targets, and maintain product knowledge.

要件

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in retail sales or customer service.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, strong work ethic, sales training expertise, proficient in telesales, and both inbound and outbound calling.
  • Working Conditions: Retail environment, requiring standing for extended periods and occasional evening or weekend work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a team.
