Job Description

  • Overall Responsible for all materials and information being cascaded for all operations teams including Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) content visualization & management, FAQ updates and enhancements, Spiels & Intents updates.
  • Create & Update Customer Service Spiels and other messaging requirement of all Operations Teams
  • Drive better content management and process visualization for FAQs for better customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
  • 3-6 years of experience in content management, operations, or a related field.
  • Experience with creating and managing internal content, such as FAQs and customer service scripts.
  • Experience with Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) and content tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize content for easy access.
  • Good communication skills to work with different teams and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Ability to improve content processes for better customer experience.
