要件

- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with some remote work flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player with a passion for talent development.
