QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in HR data analysis or HR operations roles.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, and data visualization tools (specifically MS Excel).
- Has advanced knowledge in MS Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly reliable, a strong team player, and highly trainable with a proactive approach to learning and development.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Compile, prepare, and analyze comprehensive HR-related reports
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using MS Excel to provide easy access and interpretation.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to understand reporting needs, and recommend areas for improvement in data accuracy and reporting processes.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Team.
- Facilitate the clearance process for resigned employees, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are completed.
- Maintain detailed tracking and progress reports for administrative and support tasks.
- Coordinate effectively with various departments regarding HR-related concerns.
- Manage and maintain HR databases, ensuring data confidentiality, and oversee the organization and storage of HR documents.
- Transmit documents to different departments as required, ensuring efficient information flow.
- Provide support for HR and initiatives as needed, contributing to the overall success of the HR department.
