Plan, create, and publish marketing content (photos, videos, reels, articles, infographics) for Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and other relevant platforms
Collaborate with the Design Team and Project Site Teams to showcase actual projects and highlight the quality of work
Social Media Management
Schedule and manage daily posts across platforms
Respond to inquiries and comments promptly
Monitor trends and adjust campaigns to increase reach and engagement
Lead Management
Maintain organized records of prospective clients, referrals, and previous inquiries
Track conversions and follow up regularly with qualified leads
Business Development & Client Relations
Establish partnerships and maintain rapport with land developers, brokers, and agents
Present the company’s services to developers and key stakeholders
Represent the company in industry events, property fairs, and networking opportunities
Client Engagement
Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored design & build proposals
Assist in onboarding new clients in collaboration with the design and construction teams
Sales-Boosting Initiatives
Develop and execute marketing campaigns or promos (e.g., referral rewards, home fairs, limited-time discounts)
Gather and analyze market insights to improve targeting and strategies
Recommend platforms, tools, or technology to modernize the company’s marketing approach
要件
Graduate of Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
With at least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in construction, or design-related industries
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or any content creation/editing tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Filipino)
Familiar with social media ad campaigns and analytics
