Descripción
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu.
- Manage kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Develop new recipes and improve existing ones.
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Minimum 1-3 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cook skills, kitchen hygiene, and mise-en-place.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and cook menu items, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and manage food inventory.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, requires standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, creativity, teamwork, and adaptability.
