Key Responsibilities

• Compute payroll and taxes accurately and ensure compliance
• Manage business permits and submit documents on time
• Develop financial strategies to optimize business operations
• Develop and oversee budgeting strategies for cost efficiency
• Handle purchasing activities and ensure cost-effective procurement
• Audit and reconcile financial data for accuracy
• Provide insights to support business decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA is a plus)
• Experience in accounting, payroll, tax prep & budgeting
• Knowledge of business permits, compliance, and procurement
• Manual accounting proficiency with minimal software reliance
• Strategic, detail-oriented & proactive
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
