We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion Applications Technical Developer to join our team. This role focuses on building and implementing integrations, data conversions, and custom reports within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion’s architecture to help enhance functionality and performance across applications.

Integrations & APIs:

• Design and develop integrations between Oracle Fusion Applications and external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOAP, and REST APIs.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver efficient solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure secure, optimized data flow across systems.

Data Conversions:

• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using tools like FBDI and ADFDI.
• Validate, reconcile, and ensure data integrity when migrating from legacy systems.
• Develop transformation scripts and documentation; provide training to users as needed.

Custom Reporting:

• Develop reports and dashboards using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View.
• Translate business requirements into technical report specs and optimize for performance.
• Maintain and improve existing reporting tools and capabilities.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement:

• Document technical designs, data mappings, and integration workflows.
• Support ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades of technical components.
• Stay current with Oracle Fusion technologies and propose relevant innovations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Applications technical development.
• Proven experience with data integrations, conversions, and custom report development.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, SOAP/REST APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Experience with ERP, HCM, or SCM modules in Oracle Fusion.
• Skilled in FBDI, ADFDI, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Oracle Fusion-related certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with ERP data flows and business processes.
• Previous involvement in full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
