Goals and Objectives of position:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintaining and repairing various systems and equipment. This position supports the Operations Department objectives by keeping production equipment operating efficiently. Improve machine up time and overall machine life, perform proactive maintenance, and maintain strong records.

Job Description

Stamping die & Tool debugging and installation: The Stamping die adjustment technician is responsible for the debugging and installation of molds in the stamping workshop to ensure that the dies can operate normally.

Daily maintenance and upkeep of dies: Regularly inspect and maintain dies & toolings, replace severely worn parts in a timely manner, and extend the service life of dies & toolings.

Stamping machine maintenance: Responsible for the daily maintenance of machine, tool and equipment to ensure its normal operation.

Pre operation inspection of equipment: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment before operation to ensure that it is in good condition, and load or unload, and adjust stamping dies according to the plan.

Quality inspection and troubleshooting: Participate in quality inspection and control, report problems promptly and adjust equipment parameters to ensure the smooth completion of production tasks.

Safety inspection: Assist the team leader in conducting safety inspections, promptly eliminate hidden dangers on the production site, and ensure the safety of operators.

Production task coordination: Cooperate with the team leader to complete the production tasks of the team and obey the arrangements of the team leader.

New stamping die trial run: Responsible for the trial run of new dies, collecting and summarizing abnormal situations during the trial run process, and providing timely feedback.

Supervision of dies utilizing process: Supervision, inspection, and guidance of the online dies utilizing process to ensure that the die meets quality requirements.

Stamping dies inventory and management: Cooperate with customer needs to carry out mold inventory work and implement mold inventory requirement

• High School Diploma
• Associates in Manufacturing maintenance, tooling, or related area is strongly preferred
• Three (3) or more years of steel stamping/Press maintenance experience
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Solid written, verbal and presentation skills
• Stamina to work all assigned hours.
• Ability to work in a shop environment - continuous exposure to potentially hazardous metal working machinery and equipment, loud noises, dust, mist, oils and solvents.
