Job Description

Technical Support for the company's products and services. Possess a broad technical knowledge of analog, digital and IP networking, and data service provision. Provides excellent customer service and problem escalation/resolution.

· Provide technical support to end users, dealers and distributors.

· Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web-based tools and email.

· Advise customers regarding the product's proper use and address specific user issues.

· Assist the customer base during installations and configurations.

· Networking.

· Support in Research and Development.

Requirements

· Graduate of any Computer Course or any related course.

· Preferably with background in networking and CCTV configuration

· With good written, communication and technical skills

· Neat, organized, able to work independently and interdependently

· Proactive, quick learner, and helpful

· Flexible to adjust in dynamic work environment
