As a Scrum Master at CallTek you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile development process, supporting our software development teams, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality projects. With a deep understanding of Agile principles and hands-on experience in software development and Jira, you will play a crucial role in driving our team's success and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities{{:}

}- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings

.- Guide and coach the team in Agile/Scrum practices and foster a productive and positive team environment

.- Work closely with product owners to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and ready for the next sprint

.- Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress

.- Use Jira to track and manage project progress, ensuring transparency and accurate reporting

.- Promote continuous improvement and help teams increase their velocity and efficiency

.- Assist in user story definition, backlog refinement, and prioritization of work

.- Ensure that the team adheres to Agile principles and best practices

.- Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration within the team and across the organization

.- Work with stakeholders to communicate project status, progress, and any risks or issues

.Qualifications{{:

}}- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fiel

d.- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification preferre

d.- 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong understanding of Agile methodologie

s.- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environmen

t.- Proficiency in using Jira for Agile project managemen

t.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remove impediment

s.- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skill

s.- Ability to coach and mentor team members in Agile practice
