説明
- The Product Specialist will play a crucial role in managing product inventory and supporting sports marketing and brand communications campaigns. This position requires a blend of onsite and remote work, withthe flexibility to be present at the office on delivery days.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product inventory for sports marketing and brand communications campaigns, including ordering stock, receiving products, and dispatching deliveries.
- Prepare ROS (Return on Sales) reports and stock reports.
- Oversee the product release calendar to ensure timely launches.
- Handle product samples, ensuring they are properly cataloged and distributed.
- Communicate with channels and warehouses for delivery transfers.
要件
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in business-level English and Filipino.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with sports marketing and brand communications is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
