Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development focusing in fuel and lubricant sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the fuel and lubricant industry, including market trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team while driving individual and group performance.

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales activities for commercial fuel, reseller fuel, and lubricants. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring profitability by developing and executing sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fuel and lubricant sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion for commercial fuel, reseller fuel, and lubricants.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and emerging opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key industry players, including resellers, distributors, and end-users.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their fuel and lubricant requirements.

Sales Performance & Target Achievement:

  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Provide training and support to ensure the team has the necessary skills and product knowledge.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.

Operational & Compliance Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including logistics, finance, and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage pricing, contracts, and negotiations to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive market positioning.
