Sales Admin and Operations Assistant’s responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.
Communicate regularly with sales representatives to carry out customer’s requirements and achieving set objectives.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with clients.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support accordingly.
Perform administrative and clerical tasks.
Handle orders by phone, Viber, Messenger or email and check the correctness of orders like quantity, price, item, codes, etc.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Collaborate with Accounts Receivables and Accounting Department to perform plan for effective collection process.
Coordinate with Logistics Department for schedule of deliveries.
Coordinate with Warehouse Personnel regarding orders and availability of products.
Some off-site works and/or travel may be required.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

College Graduate / College Level (Sales, Marketing or any Business courses, preferred). At least 6 months of related work experience in sales operations.
At least 1 to 2 years of clerical or administrative office experience.
Strong interpersonal, critical thinking and time management skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
Excellent customer relation skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to handle customer queries and provide prompt assistance.
Ability to make decisions and evaluations to determine the needs of the customers.
