- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards of service.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Oversee daily operations, maintain quality standards, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service.
要件
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in restaurant operations.
- From 4 to 5 star hotel or restaurant.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong teamwork abilities, quality control expertise, effective operations management, and a strong work ethic.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with irregular hours including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and an ability to work collaboratively.
