説明

  • Fully manage hotel operations on Agoda and Booking.com platforms, including: Room availability, rate planning, promotions, and inventory optimizations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase exposure, conversion rates, and occupancy.
  • Maintain strong work relationships with account managers from both platforms to stay updated on policies and marketing opportunities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (CTR, conversation, occupancy, guest ratings) and conduct regular data analysis and optimization.
  • Handle guest reviews and complaints professionally to maintain high guest satisfaction scores.
  • collaborate with the front desk, customer service, and marketing departments to ensure consistent execution of OTA strategies.

芁件

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the same role and function, focused on operating Agoda and Booking.com accounts for hotels.
  • Proven expertise in managing OTA backend systems and understanding platform -specific policies and algorithms.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and strong-functional collaboration ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office excel and hotel PMS tools (e.g, Opera, eZee, Cloudbeds)is a plus
