説明

  • Responsible for providing high caliber individuals that are fit for vacant position as well as with the culture of the company.
  • Responsible in updating the manpower requisition monitoring.
  • Responsible for on-line posting of job vacancies through jobstreet and other on-line portals.
  • Analyzes the group's recruitment trend and proposes plans and activities to improve recruitment.
  • Explores new means in sourcing and inviting applicants.
  • Responsible for shortlisting and scheduling of applicants for an exam and interview.
  • Checks, reviews results and conducts the initial interview and endorses qualified applicants.
  • Provides notice for employees due for regularization.
  • Responsible for managing the entire OJT Program of the company, as well as other recruitment programs.
  • Responsible for the overall on-boarding processes or newly hired employees.

芁件

1. Must be a graduate of any four (4) year course in the related field

2. Must possess a good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

3. Must be driven, keen into details and organized

4. Must be able to multi-task on minimum supervision, and handle pressure
