説明
- Identify potential clients and maintain a strong pipeline through lead generation and referrals
- Conduct property tours and virtual showings
- Assist clients throughout the buying or selling process, including negotiation and preparation of necessary documentation.
- Respond to inquiries, schedule property viewings, and provide clients with detailed information about available properties.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with leads and past clients
- Coordinate with developers, property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders
- Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor offerings
- Maintain and submit monthly and annually reports detailing sales activities and client interactions.
- Meet and exceed sales target or quota.
要件
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate or related field.
- With at least 2-3 years of sales experience.
- With knowledge of accreditation to developers, selling of preselling condominiums, Ready for Occupancy Units and Preowned Properties.
- Must be willing to get accredited in PRC as Real Estate Salesperson
- Customer service experience
- Strong and Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
