We are seeking an experienced and skilled QA/QC Engineer to join our team on an upcoming project in Batangas, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of QA/QC experience in concrete and rebar works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections on concrete and reinforcement installations.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, structural codes, and safety regulations.
• Perform material testing (slump tests, cube tests, rebar tensile tests, etc.).
• Maintain detailed quality reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and inspection records.
• Work closely with project teams to resolve quality issues and ensure best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of QA/QC experience in concrete and rebar works.
• Knowledge of ASTM, ACI, and local construction standards.
• Experience in concrete mix designs, structural testing, and inspection procedures.

Additional requirements:

• This role is open to candidates legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
• Adherence to safety protocols and proactive risk management in line with Philippine OSH standards.
