The Role

We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer with experience building enterprise-grade applications. This position is part of our development team and will work on the platform that powers the organization behind a premier nationwide auto-refinance aggregation partner for both consumers and lenders. The successful candidate will play an important role in leading, designing and building exceptional user experiences.

Remote - Colombia ??

The Responsibilities

Constructive and positive participation in all phases of the software development life cycle including design, development, testing, and support.
Active engagement with the development team in all our Scrum ceremonies and technical communities of practice.
Act as a mentor for other QA engineers.
Collaboration and accountability with definition of done on team initiatives.
Ability to work on a team and communicate with peers and business.
Passion for QA, the business and continued growth in the industry.

The Skills

5+ years of best practices within test automation.
Experience defining test cases, test plans, and regression suites.
Experience using: Cypress, Selenium, or other similar frameworks.
Language Experience with Javascript
Experience with end-to-end testing

Manual and Automation Testing of Webapps
Manual and Automation Testing of APIs.

Experience with Gitlab, or other Source Control Tools.
Experience with Atlassian products for Day to day tasks. (Jira, Confluence, etc)
Knowledge with Databases: MariaDB and Postgres
Experience with Postman and other Testing Tools.
