Operate Machinery: Set up and operate machinery used in manufacturing processes.
Monitor Production Process: Ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
Quality Control: Inspect products during production to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Troubleshoot Equipment Issues: Identify and resolve minor machine malfunctions or production issues.
Maintain Equipment: Perform regular maintenance on machines and equipment to keep them in good working condition.
Record Production Data: Track production numbers, inventory, and any issues that arise during production.
Ensure Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and report any safety concerns or hazards.
Load and Unload Materials: Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products.
Packaging: Assist with packaging finished goods for shipment or storage.
Team Collaboration: Work with other production staff and supervisors to meet production goals.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications may be preferred).
Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (entry-level may be acceptable).
Technical Skills: Ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects if necessary.
Attention to Detail: Ensure products meet quality standards and catch any defects early.
Problem-Solving Skills: Quickly address any issues or malfunctions in the production process.
Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
Basic Math Skills: Measure and track materials or products accurately.
Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to follow them strictly.
