説明

  • Managing ordering, delivery and billing workflow
  • Creating and managing team schedules
  • Evaluating performance and provide feedback
  • Managing logistics and providing ways to reduce procurement coste. Review sales, purchases and delivery fill rate
  • Supervises and coordinates warehouse and stores program activities and operations including receipt, storage and distribution of equipment and supplies
  • Assist audits of vendor invoices and month-end processing to incorporate finance accruals

  • Interpersonal and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and eye for quality
  • Understanding, planning, shipping, warehouse management and inventory system
  • Managing daily routes, schedule of shipment and deliveries
  • Reviewing inventory needs and ensuring adequate stocks
