A highly motivated and detail-oriented .NET Developer is needed to support mission-critical systems and applications in a dynamic, client-facing environment. This role demands a strong mix of software engineering, DevOps skills, and effective communication. The ideal candidate is proactive, capable of operating with minimal guidance, and comfortable navigating environments where documentation is sparse. A key part of this role is driving improvements in both operational processes and system reliability.

• Respond to P1 alerts on a 24/7/365 basis

• Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues using logs and system metrics

• Perform AWS-specific troubleshooting tasks, such as container draining, network diagnostics, and permission audits

• Work in poorly documented environments and contribute to the improvement of runbooks and architecture documentation

• Perform regular software maintenance including bug fixes, security updates, and minor business logic changes

• Engage in sprint work within client-defined processes and priorities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions

• Conduct ongoing DevOps maintenance, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) updates, deployment process adjustments, and observability enhancements

• Implement and adjust monitoring and alerting integrations (e.g., Dynatrace)

• Participate in defining and refining the software release process

• Proficiency in .NET and Python

• Experience with AWS services and serverless architecture

• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Dynatrace, Harness, AWS CDK, and Wiz

• Understanding of secure coding practices and tools such as Veracode

• Clear and calm communication, especially under pressure

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Self-directed with the ability to explore systems and ask the right questions

• Effective documentation practices and process alignment capabilities

• Flexibility to adapt within client-defined workflows and release management strategies

Must be willing to work Monday - Friday 10pm - 7am Manila Time

Must be comfortable working Homebased

Must have reliable internet connection at home
