Description

Inspection and Diagnosis: Inspecting Vehicle and heavy Equipment for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and using diagnostic tools to identify problems.
Performing routine maintenance tasks (e.g., oil changes, lubrication, component replacements), and repairing or replacing defective parts, including engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.

Requirements

College Graduate / Vocational / NCII Holder.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in diagnostics, repair, maintenance, tool handling, blueprint interpretation, and safety protocols. Strong troubleshooting and team leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities and Duties: Perform repairs, maintain records, ensure safety procedures are followed, and lead coaching and training sessions.
Working Conditions: Standard workshop or field environments with potential exposure to mechanical hazards.
Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
