Experience in immigration services, consular affairs, or legal compliance (1-3 years preferred).
Knowledge of immigration laws, visa processing, and government policies.
Acting as a primary point of contact for inquiries and issues related to immigration.
Attending meetings and representing the organization or agency in relevant discussions.
Maintaining communication records and ensuring accurate information dissemination.
Identifying and resolving communication problems or misunderstandings.
Building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Assisting in the identification of criminals involved in illegal movement of improperly documented passengers.
Gathering and sharing information related to the movement of improperly documented passengers.
