Role Description

The Mall Leasing Manager is responsible for executing leasing strategies at the property level, ensuring high occupancy rates, optimizing tenant mix, and driving rental income growth. This role involves handling the day-to-day leasing operations, negotiating lease agreements, and responding to local market dynamics to secure tenants that align with the mall’s positioning and target audience. The Mall Leasing Manager works closely with property management, marketing, and operations teams to enhance tenant satisfaction and overall mall performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in BS Marketing, BS Business Administration or any equivalent course
• Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in Leasing Management in a retail leasing or commercial real estate.
• Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting processes, and financial oversight to assist in cost management
• Technical skills: Advanced knowledge of lease sales strategies, retail market analysis, and forecasting, Understanding of retail lease structures and negotiations, Portfolio management expertise
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and stakeholders. Strong oral and written communication skills including negotiation, presentation, facilitation, and training all levels of the organization
• Dispute Resolution, Negotiation and Problem-solving Skills: Able to assist in identifying operational challenges, developing, and implementing solutions.
• Technology Utilization: Knowledge of technology tools used in operations management and data analysis. Proficient in the use of MS Office applications as well as other specialized software like SAP or Oracle
• Project Management: With strong level of project management, planning, people management and leadership
• With above average level of understanding of the mutual interconnection of financial, and business of the organization
• With strategic, result/data driven, process orientation and risk-based approach mindset
