Job Description

  • Preparing Daily Sales Report/Running Sales Report/DOS
  • Preparing Weekly Sales/Weeks of Stocks Report
  • Preparing Monthly Sales Report, Business Review and Target Setting Preparation of Rebates
  • Reviewing A/R status per account
  • Monitoring Inventory, Stocks Allocations, and processing purchase orders
  • Planning and Creating Dealer's Programs and Activities
  • Check Collection and Dealers' Office Visit
  • Meet with Dealers/Accounts
  • Business Review Presentation with Dealers
  • Conduct trade checks/ store visits

Job Requirements

  • With experience in account management
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Can work proactively and have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Can work under pressure and have a team spirit.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Knowledgeable in office tools (Powerpoint, excel, word)
