We are looking for Mid to Senior-level Java Spring Boot Developers to join our dynamic development team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and APIs. Ideal candidates are highly skilled in Spring Boot, passionate about clean code, and comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Spring Boot
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product owners in Agile/Scrum teams
• Create and interpret UML diagrams such as use case, activity, and sequence diagrams
• Apply software design patterns to solve development problems efficiently
• Use tools such as Git, JIRA, and Confluence for code management and collaboration
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers (especially in senior roles)
• Participate in technical planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues in a timely and effective manner

Mid-Level Java Spring Boot Developer:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or a related field (Undergraduates are also welcome to apply)
• At least 3 years of experience with Spring Boot
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum development methodologies
• Experience in reading and creating UML diagrams
• Familiar with design patterns and able to apply them appropriately
• Experience with IDEs like Eclipse or IntelliJ
• Experience using Git, Confluence, and JIRA
• Experience in mentoring or leading junior developers is a plus

Senior Java Spring Boot Developer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Undergraduates also considered)
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Spring Boot
• Extensive experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong knowledge of UML modeling, including use case, activity, and sequence diagrams
• Expert in applying design patterns and resolving complex technical issues
• Proficiency with IDEs like Eclipse or IntelliJ
• Deep experience with Git, Confluence, and JIRA
• Proven experience leading development teams and managing full-cycle project delivery
