Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for a wide range of IT issues
Resolve incidents and service requests through remote diagnosis and hands-on support
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution
Document all interactions and maintain detailed records of reported problems and their solutions
Continuously improve service delivery by identifying areas for process enhancement
Assist in the implementation of new technologies and provide training to end-users
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT service desk or technical support role
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
Proficient in using remote support tools and IT service management platforms
Working knowledge of common operating systems, software applications, and network protocols
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
