Asset Tracking and Management:

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all IT assets (hardware, software, licenses, etc.).
• Track asset status, location, and assignment.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate regular reports on asset status, utilization, and compliance.
• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for cost savings or optimization.

Lifecycle Management:

• Manage the life cycle of IT assets from procurement through disposal. Ensure timely maintenance, upgrades, and replacements of assets.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with hardware maintenance/warranty, software licensing agreements and internal policies. Maintain documentation and records for audits and reporting purposes.

Coordination and Support:

• Work with procurement, finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless asset management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT asset management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of IT asset management practices and tools.
• Experience with asset management software (e.g., ServiceNow, Snipe-IT).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of software licensing and compliance requirements.
• ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus
• Fluent Mandarin is preferred
