Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk Supervisor located in Cebu at CallTek. The Help Desk Supervisor will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, team leadership, and team management on a daily basis.

Qualifications
  • Information Technology and Technical Support skills
  • Troubleshooting expertise
  • Team Leadership and Team Management abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
