Key Responsibilities:

-Strategic Collaboration: Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.

-HR Management: Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

-Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a small HR team (2-3 members).

-Employee Engagement: Implement programs to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:

-Experience: At least 3 years in an HR Generalist role, preferably in the BPO industry with a workforce of 100+ employees.

-Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing a team.

-Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

-HR Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
