Hiring: HR Supervisor – Construction Industry

Location: San Juan Greenhills

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Rest Days: 8 days off per month

Work Setup: Stay-out (No free food provided)

Salary: PHP 25,000 – 30,000

• Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Manage HR documentation, payroll coordination, and performance evaluations
• Support workplace discipline, staff engagement, and HR reporting
