1 JOB/position SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Office & Legal Manager, responsible in the areas of Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, Timekeeping, Compensation and Rewards, Employee Wellness, Administrative Services, and other related functions as per instruction of the immediate superior.

2 responsibilities

2.1 Responsible for Recruitment and On-boarding Management

2.1.1 Monitoring of actual and current Manning

2.1.2 Monitoring of authority to recruit requests with duly signed form coming from concerned managers/departments

2.1.3 Sourcing and scheduling of interviews

2.1.4 Conducts initial interviews and endorsing applicants to department heads for final interview

2.1.5 Prepares test materials when needed

2.1.6 Conducts evaluation and assessment of applicants interview result

2.1.7 Conducts Job Offer

2.1.8 Assist applicants on pre-employment requirements

2.1.9 Conducts Orientation for on-boarding employees

2.1.10 Coordinates with Finance, Software Engineering, and IT department for the on-boarding credentials

2.1.11 Issuance and retrieval of IDs.

2.1.12 Prepares Job Description and Employment Contract

2.1.13 Official Endorsement to the Chairman, Directors, and Department Heads

2.1.14 Prepares Certificate of Employment

2.1.15 Counseling employees

3 job/position specifications

3.1 Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Business Management.

3.2 With at least two (2) years’ experience in the field of Human Resources

3.3 Above average verbal and written communication

3.4 Ability to multi-task and work is a fast phase work environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
